Eligibility:

Mother, Wife, Sister, Daughter, Granddaughter, Great Granddaughter, or Grandmother of an American Legion member. Or, a deceased Veteran who served during any one of the armed conflicts. Eligibility applies to Step-relatives. And, any Female Veteran who served during an armed conflict.
